Endúr ASA – Contract award BMO

5 February 2026 – BMO Entreprenør AS ("BMO"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Endúr
ASA ("Endúr"), has been awarded a new contract for Nordland County Municipality
(“Nordland FK”) covering service and maintenance of ferry quays in Northern
Norway for the period 2026-2029 (with additional options for 1+1 years).

The scope of work includes monitoring, inspections, maintenance and repairs, and
emergency response services. Works are scheduled to commence in Q2 2026.
