Bond maturity and repayment

Zenith Energy Ltd. ("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA; XSAT: ZENA
SDR), the listed international energy production and development company, is
pleased to announce that it has repaid in full the Zenith Energy Ltd Euro Medium
Term Note (ISIN: XS2736390472) listed on the Vienna MTF of the Vienna Stock
Exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, for an amount of EUR 50,000.00, as
well paying a final coupon payment of EUR 3,656.25, for a total amount paid of
EUR 53,656.25.
