Update Share Buyback and closing Program

Kortrijk, Belgium, 03 February 2026, 18.00 hrs - In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7^th November 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 26 January 2026 till 30 January 2026 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10^th November 2025, Barco NV has bought back 2,490,350 shares for a total amount of 29,999,997 euros. This corresponds to 100% of the program completed.

As a result thereof, Barco’s share buy-back program has been completed on 30^th January 2026. 

After aforementioned transactions the total number of treasury shares amounts to 11,528,306 (12.41%) shares on the date of 30^th January 2026.
