Ensurge Micropower ASA – Grant of Incentive Subscription Rights

The Board of Directors of Ensurge Micropower ASA (the "Company") resolved on 3
February 2026 to grant a total of 6,480,000 incentive subscription rights to
certain US employees under the Company's 2025 incentive subscription rights
plan, as resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 8 August 2025 and
amended at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 3 December 2025. The exercise
price of the subscription rights is calculated to NOK 0.847 per share.

6 million of the subscription rights will become vested over four years from the
date of grant with a one-year cliff such that no subscription rights vest until
the first anniversary of the applicable grant date, at which time 25 % of the
subscription rights shall vest immediately, with the remaining subscription
rights vesting in equal quarterly increments. The other grants of subscription
rights will vest in equal monthly installments over four years with no cliff.
The subscription rights expire on 8 August 2030.

The subscription rights otherwise follow the terms and conditions of the 2025
subscription rights incentive plan.
