Yinson Production Financial Services Pte. Ltd. – Effective date for change of Issuer

Reference is made to the announcement published by Yinson Production Financial
Services Pte. Ltd. (the "Company") 30 January 2026 regarding the bondholders'
approval for certain amendments to the bond terms (the "Bond Terms") of the
Company's senior secured USD 600,000,000 bonds 2024/2029 with ISIN NO0013215509,
as further described the announcement and the written resolutions both dated 19
January 2026.
All conditions precedent to the amendments have now been satisfied or waived,
and the amendments to the Bond Terms became effective 2 February 2026. As a
result, Yinson Production Finance B.V. has replaced the Company as the new
issuer.
