Veidekke: New Contract for the New Aker Hospital

Veidekke has today signed a contract with Helse Sør-Øst RHF to construct a
technical building at the New Aker Hospital in Oslo. The assignment is an
execution contract valued at approximately NOK 245 million excluding VAT.

"Hospital construction is an attractive market, and we are very pleased to have
won this contract in competition with five other contractors. Veidekke has
completed - and is currently delivering - a number of hospital projects across
Norway, and this is our second project for Helse Sør-Øst at the New Aker site.
We appreciate the renewed confidence and look forward to starting construction,"
says Erik Økland, Director of Veidekke Bygg Oslo.

The main elements of the assignment include the construction of a technical
central and a goods and distribution centre for the New Aker Hospital. The
building will total approximately 7,000 m² and will be constructed primarily
using in-situ cast concrete with a brick façade. The project also includes
associated outdoor areas, consisting of upper and lower goods yards for the
transport of goods, textiles, and waste into and out of the new hospital.

Construction work will begin within a few weeks and is scheduled for completion
in the first quarter of 2029.

The contract is included in Veidekke's order book for the first quarter of 2026.
