Katjes International GmbH & Co
• Katjes International today completed the acquisition of healthy snacking brand
Graze
• Production facility in London with approximately 180 employees acquired
• Consultation process with employees (TUPE) successfully completed in January
Dusseldorf/London, 02 February 2026 – Katjes International, through its
subsidiary Future Snacks Ltd., today closed the acquisition of 100% of the
shares in Nature Delivered Ltd. (“Graze”) from Unilever, as planned. Following
the agreement signed on 1 December 2025, the transaction has now been completed
on 2 February 2026. All customary closing conditions as well as the statutory
TUPE employee consultation process were fulfilled in per end of January 2026.
The transaction has therefore been successfully completed.
Following the successful acquisition of Graze, Katjes International expects to
generate revenues of approximately EUR 100 million in the United Kingdom in the
current year.
Graze has been B Corp certified since 2021 and is one of the leading brands in
the “Healthy Snacking” segment in the United Kingdom, with a strong presence in
the local grocery retail market. The high degree of overlap between Candy
Kittens and Graze in terms of customer base and distribution channels makes the
acquisition an ideal addition to Katjes International’s brand portfolio.
