Fremtind Holding Group: Result 4th quarter 2025 and 2025 in full

SpareBank 1 Østlandet has an ownership interest of 12.4 % in SpareBank 1 Gruppen
AS. Fremtind Holding Group is 51.44 % owned by SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS. Fremtind
Holding Group’s profit before tax in 2025 was NOK 4,864 million (NOK 2,994
million), and NOK 3,662 million (NOK 2,148 million) after tax. For the 4th
quarter in isolation, Fremtind's profit was NOK 1,373 million (NOK 1,170
million) before tax and NOK 1,044 million (NOK 730 million) after tax.

SpareBank 1 Østlandet's share of Fremtind Holding Group’s profit after tax as
for 2025 was NOK 234 million (NOK 137) million. The share of profit after tax
for the 4th quarter in isolation was NOK 67 (47) million.

Figures in parentheses indicate the amounts for the corresponding period in
2024.
