Fremtind Holding Group-preliminary result 2025

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has an ownership interest of 19,5 % in SpareBank 1
Gruppen AS. Fremtind Holding Group is 51,44 % owned by SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS.

Fremtind Holding Groups profit before tax as of YTD was NOK 4.864 million (NOK
2.994 million)*, and NOK 3.662 million (NOK 2.148 million) after tax.
For the 4th quarter alone, Fremtind's profit was NOK 1.373 million (NOK 1.170
million) before tax and NOK 1.044 million (NOK 730 million) after tax.

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's share of Fremtind Holding Groups profit after tax as
for 2025 was NOK 367 million (NOK 215) million.
