Endúr ASA – Successful completion of acquisitions

30 January 2026 – Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements
published by Endúr ASA (“The Company”) on 18, 19 and 22 December 2025, regarding
the agreements to purchase 100 % of the shares in Tronfjell Maskin AS, Gann Tre
AS and Kragerø Sjøtjenester AS (“The Transactions”).

The Company is pleased to announce that The Transactions today have been
successfully completed.
