Reference is made to the stock exchange published by Capsol Technologies ASA
(the "Company") on 29 January 2026 regarding key information relating to a
potential subsequent repair offering of new shares in the Company (the
"Subsequent Offering").

The shares in the Company will be traded exclusive of the right to participate
