Capsol Technologies ASA – Disclosure of large shareholdings

29 January 2026: Reference is made to the announcement published earlier today
by Capsol Technologies ASA ("Capsol") regarding the successful placement of in
total 8,653,846 new shares in Capsol, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50 (the
"Offer Shares") at a fixed price per Offer Share of NOK 5.20 (the "Private
Placement"), and the board of directors' resolution to increase the share
capital by NOK 4,326,923 to issue of the Offer Shares.

Holcim Technology Ltd., a subsidiary of Holcim AG, has subscribed for and been
allocated 5,769,230 Offer Shares in the Private Placement, representing approx.
7.7% of the outstanding shares and voting rights in Capsol following completion
of the Private Placement, thereby exceeding the 5% threshold for disclosure of
large shareholdings.

This disclosure is made pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
