Sentia enters into contract for construction of Frydenlund Primary School in Narvik, Norway

HENT AS, a subsidiary of Sentia, has today signed a contract with Narvik
Municipality for the construction of Frydenlund Primary School in Narvik.

HENT and Narvik Municipality have successfully completed a collaborative
development phase, and HENT will now proceed with the construction of the
school, which will comprise approximately 5 400 square metres (GFA). The
contract value is approximately NOK 240 million, excluding VAT.

The project will be carried out as a collaborative contract with open-book
principles. Construction is scheduled to commence in February 2026, with
planned completion and handover in Q3 2027.
