Invitation to presentation of KONGSBERG's 4th quarter 2025 financial results and deep-dive presentations in relation to the announced demerger of Kongsberg Maritime.

On Friday, February 6th 2026, KONGSBERG will present financial results for the
4th quarter 2025, as well as presentations providing further information on
Kongsberg Maritime (“KM”), and the combined entity of Kongsberg Defence &
Aerospace and Kongsberg Discovery (“KONGSBERG”).

KONGSBERG will present the results for the 4th quarter 2025 at 08:15 CET. This
will be followed at 09:30 CET by separate deep-dive presentations of each of the
companies to give a better understanding of these.

The presentations will be held in English at Vika Atrium, Munkedamsveien 45,
Oslo, and will also be available via live stream on https://www.kongsberg.com.
Recordings of the presentations will be made available on the website following
the event. It will be possible to ask questions online.

Lunch presentations will also be arranged with the future Chief Executive
Officers of KM and KONGSBERG at the premises of Arctic Securities, Haakon VIIs
gate 5, Oslo, starting at 11:45 CET. Participants are required to register their
attendance via e-mail to events@arctic.com.

Dedicated Q&A webcasts with the future Chief Executive Officers will be held the
same day, starting at 17:00 CET for KM and 17:45 CET for KONGSBERG.
