Affinity Shipholdings I LLP has today sold 465,000 shares in Himalaya Shipping
Ltd (“HSHP”). Affinity Shipholdings I LLP owns after this sale a total of
1,902,318 shares in HSHP, constituting 4.08% of the share capital and voting
rights in HSHP.

The percentage has been calculated based on number issued shares in HSHP.
