2025:
Protector Forsikring ASA recorded a profit of NOK 2,646m (1,573) for 2025. The
insurance service result was NOK 2,106m (1,404), corresponding to a combined
ratio of 84.7% (88.1). The total return on investments including insurance
finance was 1,575m (846). The return on investments excluding insurance
finance was 7.3% (4.9).

In 2025, gross written premiums ended at NOK 14,136m, up 15% (14% in local
currencies) relative to 2024.

Q4:
Protector Forsikring ASA recorded a profit of NOK 705m (257) for the fourth
quarter. The insurance service result was NOK 535m (502), corresponding to a
combined ratio of 85.0% (84.2). The total return on investments including
insurance finance was 467m (-67). The return on investments excluding
insurance finance was 2.1% (-0.4).

In Q4, gross written premiums amounted to NOK 2,971m, up 11% (12% in local
currencies) relative to Q4 2024.

The Board has utilized its authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting
10 April 2025 and has decided to distribute
a dividend of NOK 495 m, corresponding to NOK 6.00 per share. The payment will
take place on 11 February 2026.

The SCR-ratio was 219% (193) year-end, post dividend.
