Desert Control AS Announces Updated Financial Calendar and Reaffirms Revised
Financial Reporting Cycle

Sandnes, Norway, 27 January 2026 — Desert Control AS (DSRT) today announces an
updated financial calendar for 2026. The revised reporting structure was
previously communicated in the Company’s announcement dated 3 December 2025, and
this update ensures consistency across all published financial calendar
information.

Beginning with the revised reporting cycle, the Company has discontinued all
quarterly financial reporting. Desert Control will only publish statutory
Half-Year and Full-Year financial reports in accordance with regulatory
requirements and will maintain regular investor update calls throughout the
year.

These adjustments were initially communicated in connection with the Company’s
Q3 2025 results presentation and were implemented to allocate resources more
efficiently while ensuring continued transparency and timely communication with
shareholders.

The updated financial calendar for 2026 is as follows:

11 February 2026: Investor update call with highlights for year-end 2025 and
outlook for 2026

13 May 2026: Publication of the Annual Report for 2025

17 June 2026: Annual General Meeting

19 August 2026: Half-Year Report for 2026

19 November 2026: Investor update call

The financial calendar will be published on the Company’s website and replace
any previously published schedules that referred to quarterly financial
reporting.
