Å Energi: Successful issuance of new senior unsecured green NOK bonds

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 26 January 2026.

Å Energi AS, rated A- (Stable) by Scope Ratings, has today successfully issued
NOK 1,150 million in new senior unsecured green bonds across 3 tranches;

NOK 300 million with a tenor of 5 years and a floating coupon rate of 3 month
Nibor + 0.67% per annum

NOK 500 million tap issue of outstanding bonds with maturity 25 March 2031
(Ticker: AEN77 ESG, ISIN: NO0013181537). The tap issue was priced at 99.3257% of
par value

NOK 350 million with a tenor of 7 years and a fixed coupon rate of 4.797% per
annum

The settlement date is set to 3 February 2026 for all three tranches and an
application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Stock Exchange.

The net proceeds raised will be used to finance or refinance, in whole or in
part, eligible projects as defined and described by the Green Financing
Framework.

Nordea acted as Sole Bookrunner for the successful bond issuance.
