Finanstilsynet, in capacity as takeover supervisory authority, has approved the
offer set out in the offer document dated 26 January 2026 in respect of:

Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in Rana Gruber ASA made by Drakkar BidCo
AS

Offer price: NOK 79 per share in cash

Acceptance period: From and including 27 January 2026 to 16:30 hours (CET) on 24
February 2026 (subject to extension)
