26 January 2026 – EQVA ASA announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, BKS
Industri AS, has appointed Robin Holmedal Pedersen as Chief Executive Officer,
effective 1 March 2026.
Pedersen succeeds Trygve Kjerpeseth, who will continue in his roles as Chief
Operating Officer (COO) of the EQVA Group and Chief Executive Officer of EQVA
Industrial Solutions.
“I would like to thank Trygve Kjerpeseth for his strong contribution to BKS
Industri over several years. During his tenure, the company has delivered solid
growth and further strengthened its market position. We are pleased that Trygve
will continue to contribute to the Group’s development in his role as COO of
EQVA,” says Olav Hilmar Koløy, CEO of EQVA ASA.
Robin Holmedal Pedersen is an experienced executive with a broad background in
real estate, law and economics, and extensive operational and commercial
experience from the maritime industry and industrial manufacturing.
For the past four years, Pedersen has served as CEO of ECG AS, where he played a
key role in the company’s development, growing the organization from 7 employees
to more than 200. During this period, ECG AS achieved revenues of NOK 165
million in 2024, with expected revenues of just over NOK 200 million in 2025.
Pedersen has previously held responsibility for European sales operations within

organizational scaling and efficient industrial operations. He resides in Sunde,
near BKS Industri’s headquarters.
“The transition to BKS Industri represents an exciting new chapter. I look
forward to contributing to the company’s continued growth and development
together with a highly competent and forward-looking organization,” says
Pedersen.
