Questerre officer acquire shares on the exercise of stock options

Questerre Energy Corporation (the "Company") reported the following officer
acquired Common Shares on the exercise of stock options with an exercise price
of $0.18 per Common Share.

Rick Tityk, VP Land - 650,000 Common Shares
Post acquisition, Mr. Tityk holds 1,050,000 Common Shares.
