Major shareholding notification

On January 22nd 2026, Lacal AS was allocated 20.800.000 shares in the rights
issue in Lifecare ASA. After the allocation, Lacal AS owns 21.800.000 shares in
Lifecare ASA, corresponding to a share of 12,17 % of the shares and votes in the
company.
