million tap issue of its outstanding senior unsecured bond with maturity in
December 2030 (ISIN: NO0013699843) at 100.25% of par, and was initiated by a
reversed inquiry. DNB Carnegie acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the
placement of the tap issue.
