Questerre Energy Corporation (the "Company") reported the following officers
acquired Common Shares on the exercise of stock options with an exercise price
of $0.18 per Common Share.

John Brodylo, VP Exploration - acquired 950,000 Common Shares
Dana Shepherdson, Controller - acquired 250,000 Common Shares
Rick Tityk, VP Land - acquired 300,000 Common Shares

Post acquisition holdings are:
John Brodylo, VP Exploration - 1,734,100 Common Shares
Dana Shepherdson, Controller - 290,000 Common Shares
Rick Tityk, VP Land - 350,000 Common Shares
