Disclosure large shareholding (above 15%): Napatech A/S

On 21 January 2026, Sundt AS, acquired 2,000,000 shares, representing appr.
1,8159% of the shares and votes of Napatech A/S (“Napatech”), based on
110,138,565 shares issued by Napatech. Prior to the acquisition, Sundt AS owned
16,257,427 shares in Napatech, representing a total of 14,7609% of the shares
and voting rights in Napatech. Following the acquisition, Sundt AS owns a total
of 18,257,427 shares in Napatech, representing 16,5768% of the shares and voting
rights in Napatech, thus falling above the 15% disclosure threshold as set out
in section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act and the corresponding rules as
set out in the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 4-2. This information is
subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to MAR (regulation (EU) No.
596/2014 on market abuse) as implemented in Norway in accordance with section
3-1 of the Securities Trading Act and section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act, and section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act.
