Sentia enters into contract for the construction of Krokstad Nursing Home for the Municipality of Drammen, Norway.

HENT AS, a subsidiary of Sentia, has today signed a contract for the
construction of Krokstad Nursing Home for the Municipality of Drammen.

Together with the Municipality of Drammen, HENT has completed a successful
collaborative development phase and will now proceed with the construction of
the nursing home, comprising approximately 10,500 square meters (GFA).

The contract value is approximately MNOK 433 ex. vat

The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract, with construction
scheduled to commence in February 2026. Completion and handover are planned
for Q4 2027.
