Ordinary General Meeting to approve FS 2024

The Board of Directors of Photonike Capital SA convenes for February 19, 2026, the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting to approve the Financial Statements as of December 31, 2024,  as per the attached Notice.

The 2024 Financial Statements proposed for approval differ slightly from those announced in September 2025, with a profit of € 575,063.90, which will be allocated in accordance with the Shareholders' Meeting's resolution.
