Kistefos AS (“Kistefos”) has today successfully completed a NOK 150 million tap
issue of its outstanding senior unsecured bond with maturity in March 2030 and
with ticker “KIST12 PRO” (ISIN: NO0013512343) at 101.0% of par, and was
initiated by a reversed inquiry.

Nordea acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the placement of the tap
issue.
