Yinson Production Financial Services Pte. Ltd (the "Company") announces that is
has issued a summons for a written resolution (the "Summons") in respect of the
9,625% senior secured USD 600,000,000 bonds 2024/2029 with ISIN NO0013215509
originally issued by the Company.
The purpose of the written resolution is to request the bondholders' approval
for certain amendments to the bond terms, including to replace the Company as
original issuer by Yinson Production Finance B.V., a Dutch company with
registration number 84606851 (the "New Issuer").
