Wellbore Integrity Solutions Parent Inc – Organizational Changes

Houston, 18 January 2025, Wellbore Integrity Solutions Parent Inc today
announces the following organizational changes:

Sergio Cardinale has been promoted to Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer.
He will assume oversight of the treasury and tax functions, in addition to his
responsibilities for the regional financial controllers.

Him Amarawickrama has been promoted to Vice President, Corporate Development.
Him will also take responsibility for WIS’ investor relations activities.

Ty Lawrence, Chief Financial Officer, is departing WIS to pursue opportunities
outside the organization. We would like to acknowledge and thank Ty for his
contributions and service to WIS and wish him continued success in his future
endeavors.

WIS has initiated a process for recruiting a new CFO. In the interim the CFO
responsibilities will be handled by Sergio Cardinale and Him Amarawickrama.
