New date for hearing in the matter with Intesa Sanpaolo

Reference is made to the Company’s recent communications in relation to the
ongoing discussions between EAM Solar AS and Intesa Sanpaolo and the hearing
previously scheduled for 11 February 2026.

At the request of both parties, the hearing date has been postponed until 15
April 2026. The parties remain working to finalize the terms of the envisioned
agreement.
