Cool Company Ltd - Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Cool Company Ltd from
trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book II
section 3.17.2 (2), Euronext Oslo Børs has on 19. January 2026 made the
following resolution: " The shares of Cool Company Ltd will be delisted from
Euronext Growth Oslo as of 20. January 2026. The last day of trading will be 19.
January 2026.”
