COPENHAGEN – January 19, 2026 – This past December in conjunction with the 2025
Game Awards, Skybound Entertainment and its first in-house game development
studio Quarter Up, announced the release date and pre-order launch for
Invincible VS™, the upcoming tournament-quality superhero tag fighting game.
Co-financier of the game 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: 5PG) today provides the
following update to shareholders on this recent marketing effort.

The Game Awards recognizes and upholds creative and technical excellence in the
video game industry and is held in-person in Los Angeles and streamed to
millions of viewers annually. As part of the December 11, 2025 show, Skybound
Entertainment announced new details about Invincible VS with a Release Date
Trailer, which reached millions of potential viewers as The 2025 Game Awards
experienced 171 million record-breaking global livestreams across digital
networks including YouTube, Twitch, Steam, TikTok Live, X, Kick, Facebook and
Instagram Live, and more.

In addition to being included in the show itself, Invincible VS was highlighted
in articles about The Game Awards and in Invincible VS-specific news articles by
hundreds of media across the globe over the last several weeks. Further,
Invincible VS social channels saw significant engagement around The Game Awards
announcement, including overwhelmingly positive reception from fans to the
reveal of the playable character Ella Mental.

Physical boxed editions of Invincible VS will be distributed across the Nordic
