Care Property Invest in advanced negotiations for two Walloon care sites

Following reports in De Tijd and L’Echo about financial difficulties within the Apricusa care group, Care Property Invest wishes to clarify that the Company – in consultation with Apricusa – is currently in an advanced stage of negotiations to find a solution for the operation of the residential care sites La Reposée (Mons) and New Beaugency (Bernissart).
