SPIR?–?Spir Group ASA?– Approval of extension of acceptance period

Finanstilsynet, in capacity as takeover supervisory authority, has approved an
amendment to the following offer set out in the offer document dated 18 December
2025 in respect of:

Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in Spir Group ASA made by Bidco Clover AS.


The amendment relates to extension of the acceptance period.

Acceptance period, as extended: to 30 January 2026 at 16:30 hours (CET) (subject
to extension).
