SmartCraft ASA (SMCRT) - Practical information to shareholders in connection with contemplated relisting to Nasdaq Stockholm

January 2026 - Reference is made to SmartCraft ASA's ("SmartCraft" or the
"Company") stock exchange announcement 1 December 2025 regarding the
cross-border merger plan between SmartCraft ASA and SmartCraft Group AB (publ)
("SmartCraft SWE") to the effect that shareholders will have their SmartCraft
shares exchanged with SmartCraft SWE shares listed only on Nasdaq Stockholm (the
"Relisting").

Reference is also made to the Company's stock exchange announcement 12 January
2026, stating that the cross-border merger and Relisting has been approved by
the Company's extraordinary general meeting.
