Building vehicle preparation centre in Drammen

Strøm Gundersen, a company within AF Gruppen, has entered into a contract to
build a new vehicle preparation centre, including an administration building and
a car park, at Holmen in Drammen. The client is Bertel O. Steen Eiendom AS and
Wallenius Wilhelmsen Inland Services AS, which together have established the
project company that constitutes the contracting party. The contract has a value
of NOK 538 million excluding VAT and will be carried out as a turnkey contract.

The project comprises a six‑storey building. Office, changing room and canteen
areas account for approximately 3,000 square metres. The vehicle preparation
centre covers approximately 10,000 square metres, while the car park and driving
ramps together account for approximately 34,000 square metres. The building will
be constructed in accordance with BREEAM‑NOR and aimed at achieving an Excellent
rating.

The collaboration phase has been completed. Construction is scheduled to start
in March 2026, with handover in December 2027.
