Vegfinans Innlandet AS - Successful NOK bond issuance

Vegfinans Innlandet AS has today issued NOK 1,000 million in a new 5-year bond
issue with a coupon of 3 months Nibor + 0.33 % p.a. The new bond will have
guarantee (selvskyldnergaranti) from Innlandet County Municipality. The net
proceeds will be used for financing and refinancing of projects in the region.
Settlement date is set to 26 January 2026 and the new bond issue will be applied
for listing at Nordic ABM. Nordea acted as Sole Manager.
