Vegfinans Innlandet AS - Contemplating new NOK Bond issuance

Vegfinans Innlandet AS (issuer rating AA, stable by Scope Ratings) has mandated
Nordea to explore the possibility of issuing a NOK-denominated bond with an
expected tenor of 5 years and volume of minimum 500 million. The contemplated
transaction will be subject to market conditions. The new bond will be
guaranteed by Innlandet County Municipality (AAA, stable by Scope Ratings). The
net proceeds will be used for financing and refinancing of projects in the
region. The bond is expected to receive a bond rating of AAA by Scope Ratings.
