Hynion AS have been informed by our legal counterparty in Sweden, that they
would like us to reschedule or previously announced board meeting scheduled for
Thursday 15. January at 18:00 CET. Hynion AS have complied with this request and
scheduled a new board meeting for Sunday 18. January at 18:00 CET, which is a
finite deadline. The company will revert to the market in due course on whether
a holistic restructuring is feasible, or whether the company will file for
bankruptcy.
