Oslo, 15 January 2026: In line with the terms adopted by the Annual General
Meeting of Scatec ASA in 2025, the Board of Directors continue the share-based
Long-term Incentive (LTI) programme for management, and key and leading
employees of the company, in line with the principles described in the 2025
Guidelines for Remuneration of Executive Management. Today, a total of 800,636
Performance Share Units (PSUs) were granted to leading employees, including the
following primary insiders:
