(Oslo, Norway, 15 January 2026) - CFO Helge Øien in Airthings ASA has decided to
step down from his position to take on a new position in another company.
A recruitment process to find a new CFO will be initiated and Øien will continue
in the role until June 2026.
- On behalf of the Board, I wish to thank Helge for his hard work and dedication
over the last period, during which he also acted as CEO during the restructuring
and recapitalization of the company. We will miss Helge at Airthings and wish
him all the best in his future endeavors, says Geir Førre, Chair of Airthings
ASA.
