Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI") has today successfully placed a EUR 400
million bond issue at an issue-spread of Mid-Swap + 105 basis points. The
3.25-year senior unsecured fixed rate bonds mature on 21 April 2029. PPI has
also placed a EUR 500 million bond issue at an issue-spread of Mid-Swap + 160
basis points. The 7.25-year senior unsecured fixed rate bonds mature on 21
April 2033.

The bonds have been issued under PPI's EUR 4 billion EMTN programme dated 9
January 2026. An application to list the bonds on the Official List of
Euronext Dublin will be made. The bonds are expected to be rated BBB+ by
Fitch.

The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used to finance and/or refinance
projects in accordance with PPI's Sustainable Finance Framework. This includes
the refinancing of the majority of the outstanding Bridge Facility that was
entered into in connection with the SocialCo transaction in December 2025.

This is appreciated by the bond market where we today have been able to raise
EUR 900 million/NOK 10.5 billion at highly attractive terms" says André Gaden,

DNB Carnegie and J.P. Morgan have acted as Joint Global Co-ordinators and
Citi, DNB Carnegie, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, J.P. Morgan, Nordea and SEB
has acted as Joint Bookrunners in the transactions. DNB Carnegie acted as
Sustainable Financing Advisor.
