Cassation Court Date Set in 'First Arbitration' Proceedings

Today EAM has learned that the Italian Court of Cassation has scheduled a date
for to hear EAM’s appeal of the first arbitration award of 2019. EAM had
appealed to the Court of Appeal in 2019 and to the Supreme Court of Cassation in
2021.

The Cassation Court has set the hearing date for 22 April 2026.
