Airthings ASA – New share capital

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Airthings ASA
(the "Company") on 23 December 2025 regarding the final results of a subsequent
offering consisting of 250,000,000 new shares in the Company at a subscription
price of NOK 0.10 per new share in the Company (the (the "Subsequent Offering").

The share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent Offering has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the
registration, the Company's new share capital is NOK 12,493,018.46, divided on
1,249,301,846 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.

This information is published in accordance with disclosure requirements of
Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
