appointed to the Management Board of HÖRMANN Holding and will assume
responsibility for the companies in the Engineering division. HÖRMANN Industries
GmbH operates in four business divisions: Automotive, Communication,
Intralogistics and Engineering.
Change at the top: Dr Dirk-Eric Loebermann takes over as CEO
Dr Dirk-Eric Loebermann will take over the duties of Dr Michael Radke on 1 April
2026. Dr Radke, who has shaped the development of the group with great prudence
and stability over many years, will accompany the transition until 30 June 2026
before devoting himself to a new professional and personal phase of his life.
The early preparation for the handover ensures an orderly CEO succession and
creates clear prospects for the further development of the group.
With Dr Dirk-Eric Loebermann, the HÖRMANN Group is gaining an experienced leader
with comprehensive industry expertise. Most recently, he was a member of the
Executive Board (COO) of Eppendorf SE, a leading global company in the life
sciences industry. Prior to that, he held executive and management positions at
Festo SE & Co. KG and Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG, among others. Dr Dirk-Eric
Loebermann studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University, earned his
doctorate in business administration at the TU Dortmund University and furthered
his studies at renowned institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology (MIT) and the Ivey Business School.
Throughout his international career, Dr Dirk-Eric Loebermann has been
responsible for pioneering strategy and transformation programmes and has guided
companies through complex change processes, particularly in the context of
digital technologies and new business models. With his combination of broad
industry experience and strong future orientation, Dr Dirk-Eric Loebermann is
regarded as a valued source of inspiration for modern leadership, digital
innovation and sustainable corporate development.
Dr Dirk-Eric Loebermann: "Quality, reliability and long-term thinking are the
foundations of the HÖRMANN Group. Together with all the teams, I want to use
this strong basis to accelerate international growth, open up new markets and
position our company for the long term with a focus on innovation and
digitalisation."
Anna Hörmann joins the Management Board of the Holding
With the appointment of Anna Hörmann, the Management Board of HÖRMANN Holding is
expanding its entrepreneurial and strategic perspective. In addition to her
previous role as Managing Director of HÖRMANN Warnsysteme GmbH, which Anna
Hörmann will continue to perform, she will also take on responsibility for the
companies in the Engineering division.
Anna Hörmann has a strong background in management and technology. She completed
a degree in business administration at the Technical University of Munich (TUM),
a business administration degree with a strong focus on engineering. She began
her professional career in management consulting. She has joined HÖRMANN
Industries GmbH in October 2018, initially responsible for corporate strategy
and development. In this role, she successfully led the group-wide strategy
development process "Strategy 2025" for all business areas of the HÖRMANN Group.
Another milestone in her career was the founding and development of HÖRMANN
Digital GmbH, which today serves as the centre for digitalisation and AI
expertise within the group. Since March 2022, Anna Hörmann has been Managing
Director of HÖRMANN Warnsysteme GmbH and is responsible for the strategic
development of the company with the aim of achieving sustainable and dynamic
growth. With her proven expertise in strategy, technology and transformation,
Anna Hörmann is making a key contribution to the further development of the
HÖRMANN Group and to shaping the digital transformation of the group.
Anna Hörmann: "It is a great honour and pleasure for me to take on growing
responsibility in the group that my father founded over 70 years ago. I look
forward to continuing to work with my colleagues throughout the group."
HÖRMANN Group sends a clear signal of stability and innovation
Dr Andreas Albath, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the HÖRMANN Group, comments
on the upcoming change in leadership: "Under Dr Radke's leadership, the HÖRMANN
Group has developed step by step and successfully mastered the numerous external
challenges of unprecedented magnitude in recent years. The shareholders and
Advisory Board are particularly grateful to him for his leadership, which has
been achieved through a high level of personal commitment, and for his
willingness to actively support the transition until mid-2026.
In Dr Loebermann, we are gaining a leader who brings with him both in-depth
industry experience and comprehensive expertise in transformation and strategy
processes – a decisive success factor for the future development of the group.
With his extensive international experience, including in non-European markets,
he will be able to provide valuable guidance for the diversification of the
business base of many companies in the HÖRMANN Group.
The appointment of Anna Hörmann to the holding's Management Board reflects the
long-term perspective of the family business and its continued development
across generations."
CEO Dr Michael Radke emphasises the upcoming changes: "I would like to thank the
shareholder family and the Advisory Board for the trust they have placed in me
and the considerable freedom they have given me over the past few years. It is
my pleasure to actively support the handover and to be able to pass on the group
in very good shape and with many opportunities for development as it enters a
new phase."
Johann Schmid-Davis, CFO of the HÖRMANN Group, underlines the upcoming changes:
"I look forward to actively shaping the next chapter of the HÖRMANN Group
together with the new management team. We will consistently continue on the
course we have set and drive forward the diversification of the group in a
targeted manner. Continuity, stability and a focus on the future remain the
central guiding principles of our actions."
With its newly formed management team, the HÖRMANN Group is sending a clear
signal of continuity and future orientation. For employees, customers, suppliers
and other partners, this means stability in cooperation while at the same time
providing new impetus for the further development of the business divisions. The

innovative technologies, a high level of vertical integration, reliable
partnerships and long-term corporate growth.
