Disclosure large shareholding (above 5%): Napatech A/S

On 13 January 2026, Ludvig Lorentzen AS (“LL”), acquired 1,000,000 shares,
representing appr. 0.9079% of the shares and votes of Napatech A/S (“Napatech”),
based on 110.138.565 shares issued by Napatech. Prior to the acquisition, LL
owned 5,463,890 shares in Napatech, representing a total of 4.9609% of the
shares and voting rights in Napatech. Following the acquisition, LL owns a total
of 6,463, 890 shares in Napatech, representing 5.8689% of the shares and voting
rights in Napatech, thus falling above the 5% disclosure threshold as set out in
section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act and the corresponding rules as set
out in the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 4-2.
