The Company and our CEO, Mr. Simon Bolton have agreed that he will be leaving
the Company effective 30 April 2026. Simon has led Envipco over the past 6
years, successfully establishing the company as a key player in the developing
European DRS markets. The company is well positioned to build on this success
as we execute on the exciting growth ahead.

Simon will work closely during this transition process with both the
management team and the Board of Directors. The Board has initiated a broad
recruitment process for the new CEO and expects this to be completed during
the transition period.
