Airswift Company announces that Janette Marx has resigned from her position as
Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Her last working day with the Company
will be 23 January 2026.

The Governance Board has accepted her resignation and would like to thank Ms.
Marx for her leadership and contribution to the Company during her tenure,
including her focus on operational discipline, strategic execution and
organizational stability. The Board also acknowledges her commitment to ensuring
a structured and orderly handover of responsibilities.

Ian Langley, Chairman of the Governance Board, commented:

leadership and the professionalism she has demonstrated throughout this
transition. Her support in facilitating a smooth and orderly handover provides
continuity and stability for the Company’s leadership and operations.”

The Governance Board has appointed James Allen, currently Chief Operating
Officer, as the Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Allen has more than 25 years of service with the Company and has held a
number of senior leadership roles. Prior to his current position as Chief
Operating Officer, he served as President for the Europe, Africa, Caspian and
Middle East region, with responsibility for large and complex operations across
multiple jurisdictions.

The Governance Board has full confidence in Mr. Allen’s leadership, experience
and deep understanding of the Company’s operations, and believes he is well
positioned to lead Airswift in line with its established strategy and to ensure
continuity and stability.
