Solstad Offshore ASA - Contract Extension and Amendment for Normand Turquesa

Reference is made to the previous press release dated 9 July 2025 regarding the
four-year contract for the Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) Normand Turquesa
with Petrobras.

The current Normand Turquesa contract with Petrobras has been extended by 1
year, and the commencement of the previously announced four-year contract has
been amended from 1Q 2026 to 1Q 2027. This represents an additional gross value
of approximately USD 15.4 million.

Following this amendment and extension, Normand Turquesa now has a firm
commitment with Petrobras until January 2031, with a total gross contract value
of approximately USD 100 million.
